Rachel had been ice-skating on what turned out to be a horrible date. She came home to her friend, Misty, and complained about how bad she felt. In particular, she was suffering from a lot of pain in her feet and ankles. Misty consoled Rachel, got her to take off her shoes, and lifted her hosed feet onto her lap to massage the tension and aches away.
